Payment Policies

PAYMENT POLICIES:

Payment is due at the time of appointment.  I don’t accept insurance since my work does not include medical or psychological treatment. It’s important to me that my sessions and workshops are widely accessible to all, therefore I take three sliding-scale sessions per month. Payment plans and sliding scale rates to accommodate limited incomes are offered on an individual basis. Please feel free to contact me and inquire. 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Payment in full is due prior to the initial session unless a payment plan is secured or agreed upon. Client must notify me in writing (email or text acceptable) no less than 24 hours prior to the session in order to reschedule the appointment or to receive a full refund. All appointments missed or not canceled within this time frame will be charged in full.
